Job summary

Workstream is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the Controller across four companies, handling vendor payables, payroll processing with ADP, and bank reconciliations. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

You will post journal entries, maintain vendor records, prepare payments, and assist month-end close using QuickBooks and Google Workspace. Indiana-based, on-site role with automotive dealership experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in an accounting role with specialist responsibilities.
• Experience with ADP, QuickBooks Desktop/Online preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and code vendor invoices and match to PO documentation.
• Lead bi-weekly payroll processing through ADP for Controller approval.
• Reconcile OEM statements and cross-check invoices, rebates, and charges.
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile AP aging; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare vendor payment runs for Controller approval.
• Record and reconcile daily revenue; use QuickBooks for entries.
