Evolver is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support the AP & Expense team in San Francisco. You will process invoices, reconcile expenses, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments.

The role requires 2+ years in PO-based invoice processing and Experience with Workday Financials. A Bachelor's in CS/IS is preferred, and OCR invoice intake is a plus. Salary is $60,000 in SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• PO-based invoice processing requires 2+ years with 2- or 3-way matching to PO invoices.
• Workday Financials (AP) experience processing supplier invoices for 2 years.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field; OCR invoice intake experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and verify invoices and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Process PO-based and non-PO invoices, including matching PO-based invoices to purchase orders.
• Perform weekly credit card reconciliation.
• Communicate with third-party vendors to resolve discrepancies in invoice amounts.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payment actions.
• Prepare and maintain reports as needed or requested.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks.
