Job summary

Meritum Energy Holdings in San Antonio is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to accurately process invoices, code to the correct entity and GL accounts, and manage vendor payments across multiple entities.

You will support month-end close, vendor inquiries, and year-end 1099 reporting, leveraging NetSuite and AP automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 3+ years of AP or accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite and AP automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume of vendor invoices and code to correct entities.
• Verify invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and policy compliance.
• Process vendor payments including wire transfers promptly.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and 1099 reporting.
• Support vendor setup and maintain records across entities.
