OBB Media seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator, Accounts Payable to strengthen vendor payment controls at our Hollywood studio. You will manage high-volume AP across multiple entities and productions, maintain workflow in NetSuite and Tipalti, and ensure accurate coding and timely payments.

You will collaborate with Production Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support vendor payments, 1099 prep, and data integrity, while upholding internal controls in a fast-paced media environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting operations experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
• Experience with NetSuite, Tipalti, and Production Accounting Software preferred; ability to learn across financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payment requests across multiple entities and productions.
• Maintain invoice workflow in Tipalti and accounting software including intake, coding, routing, and approvals.
• Prepare and coordinate recurring payment runs (ACH, wire, check) and monitor due dates for timely payments.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records, including tax documentation.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany/intra-entity invoice processing.
