Job summary

OBB MEDIA is seeking a Coordinator, Accounts Payable to ensure accurate vendor payments for productions at our Hollywood studio. The role emphasizes structured processes, strong controls, and timely invoice processing across multiple entities.

You will manage invoices, onboarding, 1099 support, reconciliations, and close processes, collaborating with Production Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in AP or accounting operations in high-volume settings.
• Experience with NetSuite and Tipalti preferred.
• Background in media/production environments.
• Strong detail, organization, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and code a high volume of vendor invoices across entities.
• Manage invoice workflow in NetSuite and Tipalti.
• Support month-end close and AP reconciliations across entities.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and tax documentation.
• Collaborate with Production Accounting and Finance teams.
