Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process vendor invoices timely with correct coding and approvals.
• Generate reports and maintain files per policy and GAAP.
• Respond to inquiries regarding paid/unpaid invoices.
• Prepare and process payment runs (checks, ACH, wires).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Utilize OCR to extract/validate data from invoices.
• Stay informed on AI tools relevant to finance.
• Build strong customer service relationships with partners.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
