Job summary

Connected Development, LLC. is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator II (Expense) in Fort Worth, TX. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices and resolve complex payables issues across the organization. The role requires 3–5 years in AP, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud and MS Office.

You will review invoices, perform 3-way matching, and support management with reconciliations and reporting. Local candidates only; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• High School/GED and 3–5 years related accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is required.
• EDI invoice processing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices for proper approvals and correct coding.
• Post invoices for payment runs and perform 3-way matching.
• Coordinate with warehouse for information to resolve invoices.
• Review GL accounts and perform reclasses as needed.
• Support AP management with reconciliations, special projects, and reports.
• Resolve invoices pending resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Cross-train and provide backup support for AP functions.
