Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable process including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper GL coding; process vendor payments via ACH, checks, or wires.
• Prepare AP reconciliations and assist with month-end close; handle vendor inquiries and issues.
• Maintain vendor records (W-9s, setup, and ongoing maintenance); support 1099 prep.
