Responsibilities

• Audits, processes & codes invoices into the Vista ERP system.
• Manages vendor communications and provides exceptional customer service.
• Follows up on outstanding documents (missing invoices, W-9s, etc.).
• Processes and sorts mail, and performs other AP tasks as needed.
• Responsible for coding, data entry, and accounts payable transactions.
• Ensures a safe work environment and participates in training/certifications.
