Jobot is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for our Cincinnati office. This onsite role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and supervises 3-4 staff in a high-volume environment, handling vendor setup, 1099s, leases, and ACH processing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to supervise a small team.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and data accuracy.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable activities and supervise 3-4 staff.
• Handle 1099 builds, leases ASC842 reviews, and vendor setup.
• Manage ACH setup/verification for employees and vendors.
• Perform check runs, positive pay, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and process improvements in a high-volume environment.
