You will manage invoice processing and coding, reconcile vendor statements, assist with payment runs, and maintain records to support strong financial controls while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Prior accounts payable experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to use computerized accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage entry and receipt of invoices in the accounting system.
• Prepare and distribute checks and payments to vendors.
• Handle new vendor requests (W-9s, credit apps, tax exemptions).
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships through communication.
