• Payment Preparation: Process and prepare payments per policies.
• Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
• Credit Card Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation of company credit cards.
• Expense Management: Understand cost centers and tax-related compliance.
