Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Orlando to support a fast-paced corporate accounting team across multiple entities, including exposure to treasury operations and vendor management. The role emphasizes timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining accurate vendor records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of full-cycle AP in high-volume environments and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• ERP or property management software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices and vendor payments across multiple entities.
• Manage payment activity including check runs, ACH, voids, reversals, and rush payments.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and support year-end 1099 reporting.
• Reconcile outstanding items with Accounting and Treasury to ensure timely payments.
• Support process improvements and respond to vendor inquiries.
