Job summary

Shared Service Center in Richardson, TX is seeking an entry-level Staff Accountant to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple departments and a path to learn every facet of our business.

You will review sales documentation, reconcile payments, calculate commissions, and assist with month-end close. A monthly bonus is included, and 1–2 years of staff accountant experience is preferred but not required.

The Role:

Blue Compass RV has an exciting opportunity to join our Shared Service Center’s staff accounting team! This is an entry‑level accounting position that will enable you to learn the ins and outs of almost every department in our company. You will have the opportunity to both work closely with your team as well as complete individual tasks monthly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and audit sales documentation submitted by multiple dealerships daily.
