Atlantic Bingo Supply in Odenton, MD is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our corporate office. You will handle invoice processing, vendor communications, and payments in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timely cash flow.

The role reports to the Accounting Operations Manager and supports the broader accounting team. A successful candidate has Excel proficiency, basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable, data entry skills, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• 3 years of office administration experience (preferred).
• Strong familiarity with Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and data entry.
• Associate’s degree or some college in business courses.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies and match purchase orders.
• Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain updated W-9 and tax information.

Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Maryland (Based in Odenton MD)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed team member who is motivated, organized, hands-on and reliable to join us in the role of Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position performs a variety of daily tasks in our corporate office. It is full-time (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate will report to the Accounting Operations Manager.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, review, code and enter invoices and check requests into Sage

• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies and match purchase orders

• Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain updated W-9 and tax information

• Assist the Accounting Operations

Requirements

Requirements, Experience & Education

· Office Administration; 3 years (preferred)

· Strong familiarity with Excel required

· Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and data entry

· Associate’s degree or some college business courses

· Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills

· Ability to pay attention to detail, and understand the need for accuracy

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
