Job summary

Atlantic Bingo Supply, headquartered in Odenton, Maryland, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our corporate office. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, reporting to the Accounting Operations Manager.

You will receive, code and enter invoices in Sage, reconcile vendor statements, and manage check runs and ACH payments. The position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced, client‑facing industry.

Qualifications

• Office Administration experience, 3 years preferred
• Strong familiarity with Excel required
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and data entry
• Associate’s degree or some college in business
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Maryland (Based in Odenton MD)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed team member who is motivated, organized, hands-on and reliable to join us in the role of Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position performs a variety of daily tasks in our corporate office. It is full-time (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate will report to the Accounting Operations Manager.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, review, code and enter invoices and check requests into Sage
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies and match purchase orders
• Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain updated W-9 and tax information
• Assist the Accounting Operations

Requirements, Experience & Education
