Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, finance or business administration or a related field of study.
• 4 years of direct experience. In Lieu of a degree, 8 years of direct experience.

Responsabilités

• Match invoices to delivery records and purchase orders.
• Enter vouchers and payment requests.
• Verify and set up vendors.
• Preview bi-weekly check run for accuracy.
• Process forms 1099.
