You will collaborate with vendors, procurement, and campus departments, support ERP and AP automation tools, and help with month-end close and reporting while upholding confidentiality and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with AP automation platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Administers invoice processing and payment.
• Processes vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Matches invoices to purchase orders and verifies documentation.
• Codes invoices to GL accounts including prepaid expenses.
• Reviews invoices through OCR and workflow systems.
• Prioritizes invoices based on terms and discounts.
• Processes weekly and ad-hoc check runs.
• Prepares cash requirements reports before checks.
• Ensures timely signatures on check registers.
• Resolves payment discrepancies and unclaimed property.
• Maintains vendor records, W-9s, and tax data.
• Supports vendor management and onboarding.
• Maintains compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Supports month-end and year-end close activities.
• Provides audit support and documentation.
• Maintains AP manuals and procedures.
• Responds to internal and external inquiries.
