FLS Transportation is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position can be based in Rome, GA, or Montreal, QC. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile vendor statements
• Keep AP-related workbooks and profiles up-to-date
• Answer email and phone inquiries
• Assist with administrative duties, including filing
• Prepare reports and perform other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Equivalent of 3-5 years’ experience in high-volume Accounts Payable
• DEP or DEC in Accounting (asset)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ACCPAC
• Experience with ACCPAC is considered an important asset
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and organized
