Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system with high accuracy.
• Review, code, and reconcile invoices and payments.
• Maintain organized financial records and documents.
• Support Accounting Specialist and Plant Controller on projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and record retention.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.
