Responsibilities

• Entering payables and assisting with data entry of invoices and journal entries.
• Organizing and coding A/P invoices for processing.
• Setting up new vendors and maintaining vendor records.
• Responding to vendor emails and phone inquiries.
• Routing invoices for approval and processing payments.
• Performing reconciliations and helping resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assisting with audit support and special projects as needed.
