Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Accurate data entry with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process invoices and requisitions; manage AP payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AP reports and statements.
• Coordinate ACH processing and packet preparation for staff accountant.
• Assist AP Manager on special projects and act as backup when needed.
• Maintain payable records and filing, both electronic and physical.
• Provide courteous service when communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
