Hawaii Medical Service Association in Honolulu is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to prioritize approved invoices and check requests in line with payment terms. You will become proficient with Dynamics GP, Certify and CentreSuite, verify approver authority, and ensure correct vendor and payment data on the smart connect template.

You'll assist with expense reports, check printing, remittance, journal entries, and respond to payment processing questions from internal and external customers.

Qualificações

• Six months of Accounts Payable experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ten-key by touch.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize approved invoices and check requests according to payment terms.
• Verify approver's level of authority and ensure authorized cost center and amount.
• Validate vendor IDs for correct vendor and payment method on smart connect templates.
• Follow through with requestor to obtain appropriate approvals.
• Assist with expense report processing.
• Assist with check printing, check log, and email remittance.
• Assist with recording of journal entries.
• Research inquiries from internal and external customers regarding payment processing.
• Assist with upload to Documentum.
