The Carolina Inn, a Hyatt property, seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk II to join the Finance team. You will manage the AP cycle, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure payment compliance with Hyatt policies. You will support month-end close and collaborate with hotel departments to allocate expenses.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP, strong detail orientation, and experience with vendor relations. This role offers benefits and a path within Hyatt's finance organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in Accounts Payable or related finance function.
• Experience in hotel/hospitality accounts payable preferred.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payments, and month-end closing.
• High school diploma required; accounting/finance degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensure approvals and GL coding.
• Assist month-end closing, prepare expense accruals, and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile AP balances and support financial reconciliations.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and internal departments for inquiries.
• Identify and implement AP process improvements and controls.
