Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in accounting or related field, 5+ years in accounts payable.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of full-cycle accounting and best practices.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of accounts payable and subcontractor payables.
• Oversee payments, disbursements, and coding accuracy.
• Manage corporate card and employee expense reporting.
• Develop and enforce AP policies and procedures.
• Set department objectives and monitor performance.
• Build strong relationships with Sabey vendors and internal partners.
• Review AP aging schedules and monthly intercompany accounts.
• Prepare weekly CFO check register and cash flow reports.
