Job summary

Chadwell Supply, a 30-branch maintenance supplier, seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk to process vendor invoices and support AP functions in Tampa. You will maintain vendor relationships, ensure invoices are properly authorized, and help resolve discrepancies with vendors.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and gym access. An energetic, detail-minded candidate is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Great Plains and Sales Pad is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships within and outside the organization, including vendors and internal teams.
• Reconcile internal Accounts Payable records with vendor statements.
• Work with vendors to resolve missing documents and discrepancies in the Chadwell Supply account.
