LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a temporary assignment in Lake Forest, CA. The role requires processing high volumes of vendor invoices, performing two- and three-way matching, and supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience processing a high volume of invoices.
• Knowledge of invoice matching and account coding.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
• Verify invoice approvals, coding, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments.
• Maintain accurate AP records and filing systems.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and PO issues.
