Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue a high volume of checks daily.
• Mail or transmit checks to vendors daily.
• Provide vendor reconciliations and match contracts to invoices.
• Coordinate with Controller on check numbers for runs.
• Process incoming mail daily and distribute.
• Reconcile items received against invoices.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders.
• Maintain confidentiality of payables data.
• Position has no supervisory responsibilities.
