Mooring Commercial Disaster Restoration is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor invoices across our mitigation, restoration, and construction projects. You will ensure invoices are accurate, coded correctly, and paid on schedule while supporting audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills.
• Clear, professional communication and ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Review, code and enter vendor, subcontractor, equipment rental, material and labor invoices in Acumatica.
• Check invoices for accuracy, approvals and supporting docs; catch duplicates or incomplete submissions.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, delivery tickets, rental agreements and timesheets.
• Work with Project Managers and Project Accounts to confirm job, phase and cost codes; correct coding issues.
• Route invoices for approval and follow up on missing sign-offs or paperwork.
• Reconcile vendor statements; research missing invoices, credits and discrepancies.
• Keep vendors updated on invoice and payment status with professional communication.
• Assist with new vendor setup by collecting W-9s, COIs and subcontractor packets.
• Review employee reimbursements and company card activity for proper coding and approval.
• Keep AP records organized and audit-ready; help with month-end close and audit requests.
