DSLD Homes in Baton Rouge, LA seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk for a full-time role in our construction-focused finance team. You will process invoices, ensure proper coding and approvals, and manage daily disbursements (ACH and checks) while coordinating with vendors and internal departments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with accounting exposure, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented work ethic to support accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply job cost and general ledger coding processes.
• Review invoices for proper coding, documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Enter invoices for daily disbursement runs (ACH, checks) into the system.
• Address vendor inquiries and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation; ensure timely payments.
