Qualifications

• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Maintain files and documentation accurately.
• Review vendor statements ensuring that all payments and open payables are entered/completed in a timely manner.

ABOUT DSLD HOMES

DSLD Homes is a nationally recognized homebuilder with markets ranging from Texas to Florida. DSLD Homes is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to handle invoices and payments related to construction of houses and general overhead.

OVERVIEW

Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for analyzing and processing payments in a timely manner, ensuring proper approval authority, handling job cost and general ledger coding, handling vendor calls regarding inquiries and/or discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter invoices for daily disbursement runs (ACH, Checks, etc) into the accounting system
• Enter invoices for multiple companies and business lines

• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies

• Review vendor statements ensuring that all payments and open payables are entered/completed in a timely manner
