Job summary

Cooper Auto Group has immediate openings for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our corporate offices in Edmond, OK. Hours are Mon - Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Duties include but are not limited to: maintaining AP schedules, posting vendor invoices, GL accuracy, and managing vendor files.

Qualifications include AR/AP experience in automotive retail, CDK/ADP experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• AR/AP experience in automotive retail preferred.
• CDK and ADP experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate accounts payable schedule and post/process approved vendor invoices.
• Verify invoices are posted to proper general ledger accounts.
• Maintain vendor files including tax, 1099 and insurance documentation.
• Organize and maintain purchase orders; occasional check printing.
• Organize and manage customer referrals; monitor payables/receivables.
• Filing and scanning of documents.
