The ideal candidate has prior AP or bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service to vendors and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match purchase orders and receipts.
• Prepare and issue payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with monthly closing activities and account reconciliations.
