Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

About The Job

This position will be responsible for managing the receipt of invoices received via outlook inbox and physical mail. They will ensure accurate and timely upload into the IFS system and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

• Monitor and maintain the shared AP inbox, responding to questions and issues in a timely fashion.
• Data entry of invoices received into the IFS system.
• Handle inquiries from suppliers related to AP invoices and statements.
• Cross-train and fill in for other AP personnel as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED degree
• Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel), strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Behaviors: Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
