About The Job

This position will be responsible for managing the receipt of invoices received via outlook inbox and physical mail. They will ensure accurate and timely upload into the IFS system and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

• Monitors and maintains the shared AP inbox, responding to questions and issues in a timely fashion.
• Data entry of invoices received into the IFS system.
• Handles inquiries from suppliers related to AP invoices and statements.
• Cross-trains and fills in for other AP personnel as needed.
• Employees are expected to perform other responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED degree.
• Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable preferred.
• Skills: MS Office (Specifically Outlook and Excel), strong communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
• Behaviors: Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
