We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to manage key aspects of our financial processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements at the practice level. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in general ledger accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve invoice issues and discrepancies, under the guidance of the Senior AP Analyst.
• Set up and maintain vendor records for electronic payments in NetSuite or Sage Intacct, including entering banking details and payment preferences for integration with Stampli.
• Reconcile vendor accounts by reviewing monthly statements and related transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, reports, receipts, and payments by properly archiving documents on the network.
• Monitor and apply credit memos to ensure outstanding balances are up to date.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least three (3) years of accounts payable / accounting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Stampli experience preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience with MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to process and follow up on urgent items.
• Must possess strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and focused on accuracy and timely processing.
