Responsibilities:

1. Processing and following up on high-volume invoices
2. Ensuring vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time
3. Communicating with vendors and internal teams
4. Maintaining smooth operations and meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in A/P, A/R, Billing, or Administrative roles
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong math skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
