As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. You'll maintain strong vendor relationships, support month-end closure, and contribute to the financial integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
  • Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices for accuracy.
  • Process check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
  • Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close.
  • Support 1099 preparation and year-end reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice/payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions.
  • High school diploma required; associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP/Acumatica experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
