What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in supporting our Accounting Team by:

• Processing and following up on high-volume invoices

• Ensuring vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time

• Communicating with vendors and internal teams

• Keeping everything running smoothly and on deadline

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 1 year of A/P, A/R, Billing or Administrative experience

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

• Strong math skills

• Ability to meet strict deadlines
