Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Clerk at ATI Restoration, LLC

ATI Restoration, LLC, a national leader in construction restoration, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our headquarters in Anaheim, CA. Under the guidance of the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial records to support our operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Verify the accuracy of business transactions
  2. Perform data entry and administrative tasks
  3. Assist the AP team with additional duties as needed
  4. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing reports
  5. Manage vendor payments by scheduling and ensuring receipt of payments
  6. Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries promptly
  7. Identify and clarify any unusual invoice items or discrepancies
  8. Maintain records of payments and expenditures, including purchase orders and invoices
Technical Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Google Mail, and PC
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
  • Knowledge of GAAP principles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a high-paced environment
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment. The employee must be able to talk, hear, sit, stand, and use hands frequently.
