Qualifications

• 3+ years accounts payable experience
• High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

• Detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payment cycle activities and provide efficient client service
• Verify, code, and match invoices according to policy
• Attach invoices electronically in the accounting system
• Liaise with internal and external clients for resolution
• Run weekly aging report and share with operations
• Process supplier payments accurately using correct payment method
• Monitor supplier invoice approvals and pending actions
• Monitor AP email queue and respond within 24 hours
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Suggest process improvements for AP
