Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reconcile supplier invoices with receiving documents and communicate with inventory control or merchandising.
• Adjust invoices before AP release to ensure correct inventory valuation.
• Follow up with EFT suppliers for funds due back to McLane.
• Process supplier cash receipts and credit memos; match to debits and process to correct G/L account.
• Prepare reconciliation of transactions vs. wires; resolve supplier or merchandising issues to improve match rate.
