Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable.
• Knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards.
• Experience with SAP and/or myDATA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record and process supplier invoices, credit notes and employee expenses in SAP.
• Support myDATA-related processes and reconciliations with the accounting system.
• Coordinate with buyers to ensure timely receipt and processing of invoices, including foreign suppliers.
• Review invoice documentation and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Reconcile accounts payable balances and supplier ledgers.
• Support the preparation and selection of invoices due for payment.
