Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Process 3-way PO match in SAP; reconcile vendor statements and credits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records per policy.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via shared mailbox.
• Perform general office tasks to support the team.
