Responsibilities

• Verifies approval on all invoices and check requests.
• Initiates payment of invoices following established procedures.
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining information from purchases, receiving, and vendors.
• Makes adjustments to accounts as needed.
• Updates and maintains vendor database.
• Maintains accurate records and prepares reports.
• Assists in monthly and yearly close, and 1099 preparation.
