Amynta Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant at our Hunt Valley, MD location. The role supports accounts payable, cash receipts, and banking activities and offers an hourly rate of $23.00 to $25.00 with potential overtime.

The position is full-time and requires attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and strong communication with vendors and internal teams. You will assist with month-end close, process invoices, and help with deposits and check distributions.

Responsabilidades

• Record daily cash receipts for multiple programs and enter data into spreadsheets.
• Review, verify, and process invoices for payment.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Reconcile payables and process payments.
• Assist with month-end close processing and reporting.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Deposit refund checks weekly.
• Support the team with check distribution.
