Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Perform three-way matching for POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support AP guidelines and respond to billing inquiries.
• Assist with AA Roundups and How-To sessions as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to faculty and staff.
