The Management Trust in Irvine, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant to provide high-level support to the AP team. The role involves scanning invoices, research, and special projects as assigned by the AP Manager.
Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to month-end close. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with typical 8:00 am–5:00 pm hours and potential longer hours during busy periods.

The AP Assistant provides high-level support and service to the AP Specialists. This position is responsible for assisting in all areas of AP including, but not limited to: scanning a high volume of invoices, research, and special projects as assigned by the AP Manager.
