The role is hybrid with onsite opportunities and focuses on accurate, timely AP processing and strong vendor relations. You will manage payments, reconcile statements, enter data, and maintain records, while delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and vendors.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their accounting team. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely accounts payable support. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders while ensuring efficient AP operations and strong customer service.
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned accounts payable functions.
Manage all accounts payable communications, including email correspondence and vendor inquiries.
Review and reconcile vendor statements, process payments, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Process check disbursements and maintain supporting documentation and records.
Perform administrative and data entry tasks within the company's accounting system.
Maintain accurate filing systems and accounts payable records.
Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
At least 1 year of accounts payable, accounting, or related administrative experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL or other ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues when needed.
Ability to identify issues and proactively recommend solutions.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
