Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign is seeking a disciplined Accounts Payable professional who will own the AP workflow, vendor management, and QuickBooks cleanup for a multi-location orthodontic group.

This is not a clerical role but a system-building position requiring accrual accounting knowledge, vendor controls, and a strong QuickBooks Online skill set. Office-based start with pathway to remote flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Able to work in-office initially.
• Experience in multi-location businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full accounts payable workflow.
• Enter, code, and verify vendor bills; match to POs.
• Maintain organized vendor files and W-9s.
• Schedule and process weekly payment runs.
